Hey guys. It is our goal to get back to you just as soon as we are able, usually within a day during the week. However if you don't hear back from us within a few days don't hesitate to e-mail again. It could be that we never got your e-mail or you never got our reply. (Yes, it has happened).
Weekends are usually very busy around our houses (family time) so if you mail at the end of the week or on a weekend you may not hear back from us till the beginning of the week.
If you have a question specific to the Kozy or fabrics, how to use it, problems, praise, etc. that hasn't been answered on the FAQ page then feel free to:
